We are all Unique!
We talked a lot this week about what we look like, what foxes look like, how we might hear differently than others (Like our Kangaroo friends), and how we are alike or not. We discovered that we have many things in common, like the parts of our bodies, we ALL love playing in the classroom and in the big room! We also talked about how foxes all look different around the world and how they also like and dislike many things just like people! Next week we will dive into talking about the importance of our skin and how we all have similarities and differences in that as well! Books we will read include: Little Humans, Happy in Our Skin, I Like Myself, Two eyes, a nose, and a mouth & The Things I Love About Me. We practiced working together with a common goal when we created ramps on our white board: We explored the idea of coloring without markers, crayon, pencils, or paint but instead by coloring with rocks, gems, and crystals!
