Wonderful Me Wonderful You!
Wonderful You! This week we are discussing our similarities and differences and taking a closer look at who we are. On Monday we discussed how we all have skin but how different all of our skin are! One thing we all had in common was that our skin has the superpower of healing itself when we get hurt! So cool! We mixed skin color paints together and made our faces out of craft supplies on. Each student was allowed to design their face however they felt it should look. In our opinion, they all turned out perfect! And we completed an 'All about me' page which included our age, favorite colors, favorite foods, what letters are in our names, and what our faces look like: We worked with our Handwriting Without Tears lines and curves to make letters, 'Mat Man' and other images: We colored, cut, and assembled foxes: Gym fun! And finally, in Art We read the book the dot and made our very own dot art! Next Week: Names Have a great weekend!
